The Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia-Tajikistan is accepting Concept Notes for the project "Activating the Potential of Civil Society Organizations as Actors and Partners in the Governance, Accountability and Implementation of Rural Development Projects", funded by the European Union.

The deadline for submission of Concept Notes is 29 March 2019, 17:00 (Dushanbe time).

All information sessions on this call for proposals will be held in:

• Rasht on 26^th  February from 13:00 to 16:00 in conference hall of "Aghahan Foundation" 
• Kulyab on 28^th  February from 14:00 to 17:00 in Hotel “Kulyab”
• Bokhtar on 1^st  March from 10:00 to 13:00 in Hotel “Ramz” 5^th floor, conference hall 
• Isfara on 5^th  March from 10:00 to 13:00 in Restaurant “Shohona”
• Khujand on 06^th March from 10:00 to 13:00 in Restaurant “Khushbakhti”, conference hall 
• Dushanbe 12^th March Hotel “Hilton” (former Sheraton) from 09:30 to 12:30
