structures of Tajikistan on the priorities of the country national development until 2030. These
proposals and recommendations represent a consolidated view of civil society and business
community represented by experts, academics, NGOs and entrepreneurs of Tajikistan.
About Analytical Center "Navo"
Analytical Center "Navo" (AC "Navo") is a non-governmental organization engaged in carrying out
high-quality independent research and the provision of innovative, practical and individual advice
based on our intricate knowledge of local conditions and specifics in all sectors of the economy of
Tajikistan. The mission of the Analytical Center "Navo" is to promote reforms through strengthening
the civil society institutions and the establishment of a productive dialogue and long-term cooperation
between the government, business and non-profit sector in order to achieve sustainable
development of Tajikistan. The purpose of the analytical center "Navo" is to promote the
development of national research institutions, strengthen national analytical capacity, as well as
attract young scientists and experts to discuss the problems of socio-economic development of the
