Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia - Tajikistan conducted the ToT on the UPSHIFT program

Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia - Tajikistan (hereinafter EFCA-Tajikistan), together with a team of trainers from UNICEF, within the framework of the project “Social Development of Youth in Tajikistan” funded by UNICEF, from March 25 to March 30, 2019, conducted the ToT on the UPSHIFT program for trainers from EFCA - Tajikistan, project team and trainers who implement a component of this project in Kyrgyzstan, as well as for interested and active students of the Tajik State University, Khujand city.
The main objective of this program is to educate and train specialists in the knowledge, skills, and skills necessary for conducting the UPSHIFT program in order to effectively implement and implement it among young people in Tajikistan.
The program includes an introduction to the program, outreach - the process of attracting participants, methods of conducting research, the process of involvement, personalization, search and selection of solutions to certain problems, methods of prototyping and its testing.
There will also be sessions on resource planning, sustainability and income, the basics of pitching, mentoring, as well as the implementation of the program itself, and in the conclusion on documentation and finance.
Mavzuna Nurkhanova, assistant program for the protection of children, as well as mentors are Faridun Zamonov, Nafisa Ikromova and Jahongir Jalolov as UNICEF trainers.
Further, the already trained mentors will continue their activities within the framework of this project in all target areas.
