lows: join the EAEC (Eurasian Economic Community), and now they are full citizens
in any country of EAEC. For which extent this option is beneficial to our country - can be
judged only based on relevant studies and analysis. The countries of South-East Asia
have considered the demand by country, studied segments of the market demand and
the needs of these countries, and then most of these have tried to fill the niche. Today it
is common knowledge that a number of trades performed only by Filipinos, Indians,

At this stage of development of the country, Tajikistan can take the best from various
options to try to control migration and to implement the most profitable from the world
experience.
Of course, this requires a great deal of work on a comprehensive study of the needs of
labor markets in the world, the main demanded occupations, form a pool of
competencies for workers and develop specific areas and professions, each time
expanding the list according to the needs.
2) Internal, which is connected directly to the first factor, and having its own problems
internally.
When you open the full-cycle production, the outflow of migrant workers from the
country sharply reduced. All earned money on essential items stay here and support the
national producer.
As the number of private companies, i.e. production stimulate development of the
private sector, we have new places and decrease outflow abroad.
The development of local production in the regions, districts and villages. Do not focus
on the individual areas and zones. In developing areas, we solve a number of problems
associated with traffic jams, crime, security, demographic problems, social issues, etc.
It will also need to take measures to comprehensively address the problems of
migration that affect the labor markets in the country. As a priority, it is necessary to
create favorable conditions for local skilled workers in order to prevent their excessive
outflow to overseas labor markets.
It is necessary to invest in labor-intensive industries to create alternatives to migration.
Many migrants would prefer to stay at home if suitable employment opportunities and
income would be available to them. Accelerated development in labor-intensive sectors
such as light industry, trade and tourism, could provide such opportunities. Large
investments in skills training in these sectors - especially for young people - would bring
great social and economic benefits. While most of these opportunities must come from
the private sector, the government can help improve the business climate for companies
in these sectors by investing to transport and commercial infrastructure.
Huge opportunities for economic growth and employment of citizens of the country are
in the tourism sector. The enormous potential of mountaineering, rock climbing, skiing
and extreme sports (paragliding, rafting on mountain rivers, etc.), eco-tourism, visiting
historical sites and monuments, organization of pilgrimages to holy places and shrines
(Buddha in Nirvana, etc.) are currently not used. The development of tourism is directly
linked to the growth of the services market in the country, which are necessary for
tourists. This includes private hotels, transport companies, translators, guides,
in any country of EAEC. For which extent this option is beneficial to our country - can be
